50,000-square-foot owner-driven alterations to newly constructed high-end private clubhouse. Scope of work includes phased renovations to occupied boutique hotel, public restaurants, bars, event spaces, theatre, lounges, and rooftop bar with pool deck. (June 2014 – August 2014)
