Optiver is a tech-driven trading firm centered around innovation and culture. After continuous growth and business demand, the company relocated to two larger floor plans at One Prudential Plaza. The 110,000 SF office includes new trading stations, high-end millwork and finishes, a stadium staircase, a two-story video wall, and a cafeteria with catering equipment.

The complex project required extensive logistical and MEPFP coordination for the floor-level generator, audiovisual integration and rooftop mechanical equipment. As a result, Skender facilitated a helicopter pick to lift 7,000 pounds of dry-cooler units to the rooftop of One Prudential Plaza.
