Midtown Crossing

A new 45,000-square-foot affordable housing development located near downtown Des Plaines, Illinois. The four-story, 33-unit independent living facility is owned by Over the Rainbow Association (OTR), an Illinois non-profit association dedicated to providing affordable, barrier-free housing solutions for people with physical disabilities. All 33 units in the Enterprise Green Community building are energy efficient, handicap accessible, and barrier-free.
