This 60,000 SF demo and reconstruction project for Equity Lifestyle Properties spans the 7th, 8th and 11th floors of 2 N Riverside Plaza, an iconic art deco building in downtown Chicago. The project comprises a design-build roof deck overlooking the Chicago River, connecting stairs with a fabric slat feature wall, custom branding, high-end features and a town hall. This project is LEED Gold certified.
