An 85,000-SF build-out for an advertising firm in the historic Old Post Office. This project included many historic objectives as well as reconstruction of existing stairs, ceilings, and other existing conditions. Located on the entire sixth floor of the north building and a portion of the fifth floor of the south building, the space features private offices, open-office workstations, open-collaboration areas, conferencing, two café / social hubs, photography and editing rooms, storage and intermediate distribution frame (IDF) rooms.
