Harrison Street Capital
51,000-square-foot interior buildout for a real estate capital firm headquartered in the new River Point at 444 West Lake in downtown Chicago. The two floors include a monumental stair clad in wood, high end wall coverings throughout the space, and a blend of open and private offices.
Albion at Loyola Station
43,000-square-foot, 29-unit market-rate housing development on Loyola University’s Chicago campus. The project was completed on a nine-month schedule.
DeVry University
Skender managed the 87,000-square-foot expansion plus improvements to approximately 5 acres of property for the educational institution. This involved the introduction of a new two-story building and a connecting link. The building features a green roof, 22 classroom spaces, and adjacent staff offices. The environmentally conscious project earned LEED Silver certification.
