Chubb’s new office infuses company culture and Chicago pride with bold colors, abstract patterns, natural elements, local influence and custom graphics. The 90,000 SF space takes up the entire 11th and 16th floors at 525 W Monroe, with custom millwork and specialty lighting touching every corner. It includes an interconnecting stair leading to a lounge area and cafe, a welcoming reception, multiple pantries, private offices, open workstations, and conference and training rooms with audiovisual infrastructure.
